The facade and roof of the villa were designed based on the principles of modern style. The capabilities of the region and local materials were taken into consideration to optimize the design in terms of stability in the selection of materials. Traffic patterns and residents’ opinions and demands, aesthetic principles, and architectural and construction standards were taken into account in the design process. The final design was presented after modeling and rendering.
